Triple H underwent surgery this morning and was seen rehabbing with Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dirk Hayhurst. While it's unknown what Hunter had surgery on, he has been out with a neck injury while also filming a WWE Studios production.
Hayhurst broke the news himself on his Twitter account, but later removed all mentions.
