Trish Stratus Movie Stills, UK Ratings, Warrior Calls Out DiBiase, Bubba vs Spike TV

- Here’s a promotional shot from Trish Stratus’ upcoming movie “Bail Enforcers”.

- Thanks to Ian Hamilton of www.theianhamilton.com for these recent UK ratings:

For week ending May 9:
Impact (the last Monday night show) didn’t draw a rating on Bravo (the #10 show on Bravo drew 48,000 viewers, so Impact would have lost 57,000 viewers in that slot from the past week); however a replay on Bravo+1 (airing an hour later than the first airing) drew 46,000 viewers for the May 3 Impact. For what it’s worth, the famed Alex Reid mini-series went up to 73,000 viewers in the same week…

Raw from May 3
drew 108,000 viewers live (down -15,000)

SmackDown from May 7
drew 157,000 in the first airing (+56,000)

And that’s the lot – a pretty sparse week for first run shows, it has to be said.

- The ultimate Warrior had some choice words for Ted DiBiase Sr. in a recent blog:

“On the Self-Destruction DVD, no one showed more a face of hatred than you. There’s one particular moment where it practically oozes off the screen. And yet, you claim to live by beliefs that allow for no hatred of any man. In fact, you do more than that, you make your living preaching this belief to others.”

“What it all really boils down to is jealousy. Envy. I did better in the business than you, walked away from it on my own terms, with my integrity intact, and I’ve done better in my life away from it. This is the poison eating away at you from within. I think the word your kind use is covet – which, by the way, happens to be another one of the Seven Deadly sins. Which label we use to describe this malady you harbor doesn’t matter.”

- Bubba The love Sponge tried to get at TNA by claiming the Impact was about to be pulled from Spike TV on his radio show.

Spike TV’s vice president of communications David Schwarz sent out the following press release via Jason Powell’s Prowrestling.net:

“I can assure you the caller was a fake and TNA Impact is not only among the highest rated shows with young men on Spike, but on Thursday nights as well,” Schwarz wrote. “This past Thursday, Among Basic Cable Networks between 9p-11p, TNA ranked #3 in M18-49 behind ESPN (NBA Conf Semis CAVALIERS/CELTICS) and TBS (Disturbia, Family Guy). And our relationship with Dixie (Carter) and TNA has never been stronger.”
